South African National Security (SANS) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, the area or address of your site, and the details you give us about the service you need.

Why we collect it

We use it only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Only SANS staff dealing with your request see your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for [e.g. 12 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as the contract requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact our Information Officer, Shah Desai, at info@bulletguard.org.za.
